HON. MARSHALL ALENYO AWARDED PLU PATRIOTIC OFFICER NUMBER PO096

Pakwach District, Hon. Marshall Alenyo Godfrey, the Member of Parliament for Jonam County, has been awarded Patriotic Officer (PO) Number 096 by the Chairman of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU), Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba.


The recognition was officially announced by the PLU Secretary General,Hon. Twaha Fadil.
The award marks a significant milestone for both Hon. Alenyo and the people of Jonam, making the constituency the first in Pakwach District to receive a PLU Patriotic Officer number.


Speaking after the announcement, Hon. Alenyo expressed gratitude to the PLU leadership for the recognition, describing it as an honour that reflects the commitment and patriotism of the people of Jonam. He reaffirmed his dedication to advancing the ideals of patriotism, national unity, good governance, and service to the people.


The announcement has been welcomed by PLU supporters across Pakwach District, with many describing the recognition as a motivation to strengthen grassroots mobilisation and promote the organisation's vision under the leadership of Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba.


The recognition further highlights the growing presence of the Patriotic League of Uganda in the West Nile sub-region as it continues to expand its membership and patriotic activities across the country.
