Stephen Cilican, Parish Chief of Pasaye Parish in Alangi Sub-County, Zombo District, has been arrested on allegations of embezzling more than UGX 8 million intended for the Parish Development Model (PDM) and local revenue collections.
Cilican was taken into custody on Wednesday, 29 September, at Alangi Health Centre III while attending a scheduled meeting.
