ATIMA JACKSON LEE ENGAGES PLU LEADERS AND YUMBE ELDERS ON WEST NILE DEVELOPMENT West Nile | August 13, 2026 Hon. Atima Jackson Lee Coordinator PLU Westnile today held a high-level engagement with Mr. chairman Toyota, National Vice Chairman of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU), alongside elders from Yumbe, to discuss key developmental priorities for the West Nile region. The meeting provided an opportunity to deliberate on challenges affecting the region and explore ways of strengthening collaboration and promoting inclusive development across West Nile.Hon. Atima Jackson Lee expressed appreciation to Gen. Muhoozi kainerugaba and H.E.Kaguta Museveni for their leadership and continued commitment to the development of Uganda.The engagement is seen as part of ongoing efforts to bring together leaders, elders and other stakeholders in advancing the region’s development agenda.
